Dubai: property market grew by 12.2% in H1 2024

Property sales grew by 12.2% in H1 2024 compared to H2 2023, according to the Dubai Land Department.
One of the factors driving the market growth is the influx of new residents. In Q1 2024 alone, the city welcomed more than 25,000 new residents.
Which areas are is the most requested?
In the prime segment (with an average price of AED 2.54 million and an annual rent of AED 153,000) - Dubai Marina.
DAMAC Hills 2 is popular among those looking for affordable villas, with an average price of AED 1.93 million.
Jumeirah Village Circle and International City remain the most preferred areas for those looking for an affordable apartment.
Among the areas for not expensive rent, the most interesting are Deira and International City.
