Dubai: property prices decline slowly in Q2 2018

Dubai property market experts Cluttons stated that decline in property prices is coming to an end and prices have almost reached the bottom in many areas.
The prices of residential property in Q2 2017 decreased in Dubai by 1.5%. Thus prices are falling for 12 consecutive quarters.
Apartments show better price dynamics than villas, on average their prices in the II quarter fell by 1% while the prices of villas decreased by 2.2%.
According to the forecasts price adjustment is coming to an end. For the rent prices will continue to be adjusted during 2017. Cluttons experts noted that the decrease in comparison with the prices in 2016 will be 5-7%.
