The largest investments in Dubai property represent Indian buyers, who are mainly expatriates in UAE and invested Dh5.2 billion in Dubai’s real estate market in the Q3 2015 and total investment increased to Dh13bn in the first nine months 2015.
The second group of investors is from UK, who have invested AED 7 billion. The third largest group is Pakistani investors, who acquired property valuing AED 5 billion. British citizens invested Dh2.3bn in the third quarter and total investment is Dh7bn for the first nine month period.
Pakistanis invested Dh1.7bn in the third quarter, after having invested Dh1.392bn in the first quarter and Dh1.91bn in the second quarter.
The list of top non-Arab buyers also include investors from Canada, Russia, China, the United States, France and Afghanistan.
Foreigners invested over Dh46 billion in the first nine months totally with 132 nationalities buying property in the emirate.
