Dubai: House Rules for Vacation Rentals
As your host, my goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Our mission is to help our guests to create beautiful family memories in our apartment and Dubai.
For us to do so we would appreciate if you could follow the house rules:
✔️All Guests must show their passports to Building Security and Host, they will make copies of passports according to the community and Government rules
✔️Regular check-in time is after 3 p.m. Regular check-out time is before 11 a.m. Time may be flexible and free upon request
✔️No pets
✔️No smoking
✔️No parties, events or overnight guests
✔️No extra guests other than the number mentioned in the reservation
✔️Quiet time after 10 p.m.
✔️All garbage bags should be left at garbage room at service lobby (the same floor)
✔️Price of each lost access card or remote control is 260 dirham and must be covered at check-out time
✔️No shoes in the apartment
✔️Please do not leave the doors and windows open while the air conditioner is ON
We understand that accidents can happen and we ask you to inform us in advance if they happen, chances are higher we could fix them quickly and easily.
